SNAC Guide to Nutrition

SNAC stands for the Student Nutrition Awareness Campaign. This nutrition educational program created by UCLA is designed to provide information to students about current topics of interest and concern.

Developed and written by health professionals at UCLA, the SNAC program offers you the very latest information on 30 topics such as weight management, stress reduction, healthy snacking, eating disorders, and more.
