The University offers three distinct apartment buildings for faculty. All three properties are located in Westwood Village, adjacent to the campus. Move-in costs are affordable; a security deposit and the first month's rent moves you in. All apartments have convenient month-to-month rental agreements. Clarington is open to all UCLA post-docs, faculty, clinical instructors and researchers, and available for immediate move-in. Families with only one child, 10 years or older, are qualified. For those who prefer more space and upscale amenities, the University owns Village Terrace in Westwood Village and the beautiful condominiums of Park Wilshire on the prestigious Wilshire Corridor. Both are newer buildings equipped with the most modern conveniences.
