Mission
Asset Management supports the educational mission of the University by providing safe, clean, well-maintained off-campus space that meets or exceeds the office needs of its tenants; efficient and cost-effective construction coordination services for off-campus projects; and services as requested for customers who directly manage off-campus University-owned properties. Asset Management seeks to expand its role to provide management assistance to all off-campus University owned properties to contribute to the goal of consistent high standards of maintenance and financial management.
Hours
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Our office phone is answered 24 hours a day. When the office is closed, security will answer our phone and page management in the event of an emergency. If you have any building questions or problems, please do not hesitate to call us.
