Campus Human Resources (CHR) offers comprehensive Human Resource services to the staff and faculty of the campus and provides selected services to UCLA HealthCare. For the campus, CHR services include staff recruitment and employment, compensation and classification, retirement counseling for faculty and staff, benefits continuation while on leave of absence without pay and disability claims processing, employee assistance for faculty and staff, employee and labor relations, personnel policy and contract administration, staff affirmative action, training and organizational development.
