Biweekly Benefits Deduction Schedule

For employees who are paid biweekly, full premiums for medical and legal insurance are deducted on the first biweekly payday of the month while all other premiums are divided and deducted from each biweekly paycheck. 

The chart below highlights the paydays on which the full medical and legal premiums are deducted and shows the coverage periods to which all other insurance premiums are applied. For a more complete description of the columns in this table, see the article in Related Information.
