Communications Technology Services (CTS) provides telephone line service to all departments within the UCLA Telephone Network, including Santa Monica Hospital and other off-campus locations. Order one of the three feature packages below and indicate the class of service you would like programmed on each telephone line. (Class of service options include campus-only, local, Southern California, California, USA or international dialing.) Package A Basic Line Features: dial tone line, station-to-station dialing across the entire UCLA telephone network. $17.60/month (per line).
Package B Basic Line Features with voicemail: dial tone line, station-to-station dialing across the entire UCLA telephone network, call forwarding, three-way calling, caller ID standard blocking and last number redial. Voicemail features call forward/don’t answer, call forward/busy and message waiting indicator. $17.60/month (per line) + $6/month for voicemail (per mailbox).
Package C Multi-Line Set Features, for EBS: In addition to Package Level A or B features: Speed calling short list (10 numbers), group intercom, name display and auto dial. Multi-Line Set Features, for Norstar phones: In addition to Package Level A or B features: Speed calling (24 numbers), group, name display and auto dial. Class of Service Options Class of Service (COS) determines the access privileges and dialing range assigned to a telephone line and can help control telephone abuse. Calls can be restricted to campus, local area, Southern California, all California, the United States or all North America. Calling access can also be allowed worldwide. COS options can be applied to a telephone line or to an authorization code (no charge). Restrictions can be specified for incoming or outgoing calls. $17.60/month (per line). Restricted COS Options Campus only (unrestricted incoming/campus restricted outgoing calls) - COS11 Campus only (incoming and outgoing calls restricted to campus) - COS12 Medical Center-restricted - COS19 Ordering via the new Web Center (restricted to pilot users only) CTS is offering a pilot test of the Web Center's ordering capabilities to several departments on campus. As part of the pilot, participants will be able to order CTS products and services, set up On Demand Plus audio conferencing accounts, schedule a Meet Me conference and request any changes to billing, such as FAU Changes and Bill Name Change, as well as request directories and white page listings. The Web Center, once fully deployed, will replace the existing Online TSR from. Currently, the Web Center is being pilot tested across campus, including the medical communities.
