The University has negotiated special rates at three nationwide hotel chains: Marriott, Starwood, and Wyndham Hotels and Resorts. All University travelers are welcome to use these rates when traveling on University business.

University ID codes must be used when making reservations:

 Marriott: UC0
 Starwood: 364183
 Wyndham: 1000005218

In addition, the UC Travel Center has negotiated rates at various local properties. All hotel rates negotiated for UCLA are subject to change without notice. To make reservations, contact the UC Travel Center by phone or email, or use our Reservation Request forms.
