Summary of Services
Financial Management ServicesThe primary focus of UCLA Financial Management Programs is to:

  • Determine what the campus perceives to be significant risks.
  • Establish and maintain campus communications structure/support network to improve control environment of the campus.
  • Implement appropriate control improvement efforts to ensure significant risks are maintained at an acceptable level.
  • Provide various management tools (including "Control Self Assessment") and training, promote their use, and facilitate adoption and institutionalization by campus units to improve controls and reduce risk.
  • Raise risk awareness emphasizing shared responsibility for managing risk.
  • Promote control awareness and stewardship of University resources.
