Off Campus Vendors - Who, What, How

Off Campus vendors provide a variety of equipment and services for events, including:

  • tables/chairs/linens
  • stages
  • canopies
  • lighting equipment
  • sound and video equipment
  • vehicles
  • radios
  • catering
  • security

Each event is different and may require new or unique equipment. Campus Purchasing must approve all off campus vendors providing services for your special events’ needs. The vendors must meet certain guidelines and insurance requirements in order to be approved.   

The UCLA Events Office has a list of approved off campus vendors for all types of events. We can provide professional guidance and order off campus services on your behalf.
