Network Operations Center

The Information Technology Services (formerly CTS and AIS) Network Operations Center (NOC) manages, maintains and supports the Campus Backbone Network (CBN). NOC staff are available to assist campus departmental Network Coordinators with CBN routing, Internet/Internet2 routing or Domain Name Service (DNS) issues.
