Submit a Telecommunications Service Request form (TSR) to request an addition, change or deletion of communications equipment or services. This includes new telephone sets, lines, changes in feature options, data cabling, etc. For smaller requests (single lines, certain software and equipment), simply call the Customer Service Center at 53775. CTS is offering a pilot test of the Web Center’s ordering capabilities to several departments on campus. As part of the pilot, participants will be able to order CTS products and services, set up On Demand Plus audio conferencing accounts, schedule a Meet Me conference and request any changes to billing, such as FAU Changes and Bill Name Change, as well as request directories and white page listings. The Web Center, once fully deployed, will replace the existing Online TSR form. Currently, the Web Center is being pilot tested across campus, including the medical communities.
