University Apartments Check-in
Summer Sessions apartment residents may check-in the Sunday before their summer program begins.
Specific check-in locations and times TBD
Students should plan to arrive on the Sunday before their session starts during the afternoon or early evening.
Late Check-Ins
Students arriving after Sunday should check in at the University Apartments Rental Office.

Time: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
If you arrive after 5 p.m. on the scheduled check-in day, please call the After Hours Emergency line at (310) 983-1315. An Apartment Coordinator will be contacted to assist you. Check-ins are not allowed after 10 p.m. due to "Quiet Hours".
University Apartments Early Arrival and/or Stay Over
Early arrival space prior to the scheduled first day of the Sessions is very limited and may not available.
