Clarington Apartments is a brand new building, located just five miles from UCLA and close to all services. There are 20 furnished, one bedroom with 1-1/2 bath, loft-style units.
Facilities
All units are rented furnished and contain a full kitchen (including stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher), blinds and central heat and air-conditioning. The building has a key-controlled building access system.

Apartment Type - Eligibility
Clarington is open to all UCLA postdocs, faculty, clinical instructors and researchers, and available for immediate move-in. Families with only one child, 10 years or older, are qualified.
Rental Information
Yearly contract and a security deposit ($900) are required. No pets allowed, but "Service Animals" are accommodated.
