We offer free in-room support, by appointment, to residents with ethernet ports that are not functional. We do not offer in-room configuration of your computer or in-room computer technicial support during these sessions. If you would like us to configure your computer, please bring it in to the Student Technology Center (STC). Fee based in-room support services is also available at an additional cost ($40/hour with a $40 minimum). Normal service charges apply. If you have a broken ethernet port, please call the STC to schedule your appointment. Residents must be in the room at time of service. We offer disabled students free in-room computer setup and registration.
