Personnel Policies for Staff Members

The University of California Personnel Policies for Staff Members (PPSM) govern the employment relationship between the University and managers, supervisors and professional staff who are not represented by a collective bargaining agent (union). In addition, UCLA has developed local procedures to help implement these policies.  Be sure to consult both the Universitywide policies and the corresponding local implementing procedures for guidance.
