Business Cards & Stationery Overview

Published: 2009.11.24

Campus Purchasing has Strategic Sourcing agreements with Standard Register and Castle Press to provide personalized stationery, business cards, letterhead and envelopes to UCLA, UCOP and UC Merced.

In addition, departments are encouraged to consider using UCLA Mail, Document & Distribution Services (MDDS) for business cards and other printing needs.

Business Cards

Environmentally Friendly
Both Castle Press and Standard Register print UCLA business cards with soy or vegetable-based ink on 100-lb. paper stock with 30% post-consumer waste content.

One option is the UCLA Identity design (box of 250):

A second option is the UC Seal design (box of 250 at Standard Register or 500 at either):

See Business Card Samples for UCOP and UC Merced options.

Custom Services
Departments can browse the vendors’ electronic catalogs, enter custom text, check online PDF proofs and order repeat-print items. Changes to the standard configurations will result in a custom order, which carries significantly higher pricing. Rush charges will be added for delivery within 10 days or less.

How to Order

After receiving a valid purchase order with sufficient funds, Castle Press, Standard Register or MDDS will complete the work and deliver the printed items to your office.

Student Business Cards
Business cards for students must be related to the teaching, research and/or service missions of the University. The nature of the student's relationship with the University — e.g., "School of Public Health Intern" or "UCSF Medical Center House Staff" — must be displayed in a prominent position on the card.
