How to Arrange Event Parking for More Than 25 Vehicles The Special Events office assures that parking is available and convenient for your guests. Any on-campus event with 25 or more cars expected is considered a special event. Your event will appear on the Parking Services event sheet so that attendees can obtain their permit on the day of the event.
