For those eligible parties who wish to purchase homes rather than rent, the University has two programs. The For-Sale Faculty Housing program coordinates the sale of homes to eligible buyers which are controlled by a university ground lease. The Home Loan program assists eligible buyers with mortgage products so that they may purchase a home near UCLA.
