Appeals
UCLA Transportation offers three levels of appeals to those who believe they were issued a ticket in error. For more information, go to Ticket Appeals & Payment Waiver.
pticket.com
Visit the pticket.com website and input your ticket number. The system will bring up your citation and any other open ticket associated with your license plate. Menu items will guide you to further information and actions. You can pay using a Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards.
Deadlines
A ticket must be paid within 21 days of the date it is issued. Appeals must also be initiated by this deadline. The issuance date and deadline information are clearly visible on the ticket.
Lost Ticket
If you lose your ticket, please contact the Citation Review and Adjudication office as soon as possible to prevent the assessment of delinquency fines. Be prepared to provide your vehicle license number or the full name of the vehicle's registered owner. This information will be used to reissue the ticket. We are not able to locate any ticket info via a bruin card, student ID or driver’s license.
Note: UCLA tickets are issued in accordance with the California Vehicle Code as well as UCLA Parking Regulations and therefore must be properly addressed in a timely manner.
All net revenues from parking tickets support UCLA's sustainable transportation programs, such as UCLA Vanpools, BruinGo! and Go Metro transit programs.
