UCLA Parking Enforcement will tow or immobilize your vehicle with a booting device for specific infractions of University Parking Regulations. Follow these instructions to retrieve your vehicle: Booted Vehicles If an immobilization (booting) device has been placed on your vehicle’s tire, you will find an Immobilization Notice on your windshield. Bring this notice to: UCLA Parking 555 Westwood Plaza, Suite 100 Hours: 7:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Vehicles can only be released during these regular business hours. You will have 72 business hours to pay all outstanding penalties and fees. UCLA Parking accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Cashiers Check and Money Order. No other forms of payment will be accepted. Personal checks are not accepted for this purpose. Fees Booting Fee: $10 Storage Fee: $10 per calendar day, excluding weekends Upon payment, your vehicle will be released. Towed Vehicles If you believe your vehicle has been impounded from the UCLA campus, contact: Quicksilver Towing, Inc. (310) 478-1201 Be prepared to provide them with your vehicle license plate number. Upon payment, Quicksilver will direct you to your vehicle. If you believe your vehicle has been stolen and Quicksilver Towing has no record of your vehicle being towed, contact the University Police Department immediately at (310) 825-1496. Impounded Bicycles All bicycles not parked in a designated bike zone are subject to impound. Bicycles that appear to be abandoned will be given a 72-hour notice prior to impound. If you believe your bike has been impounded, contact the Citation Review and Adjudication office with the description and last known location of the bike. They will confirm possession of the bike and arrange for you to retrieve it.
