  Undergraduate Housing Application: Current residents may now apply for the 2010-2011 academic year. Undergraduate students interested in housing for the current 2009-2010 academic year may still apply for immediate housing too.

  Family Housing Application: Apply for University Apartments (undergraduate and graduate students). If you do not have a UID or have been given a temporary login, please use this link to apply: Temporary ID.

  Single Graduate Housing Application: Apply for University Apartments. If you do not have a UID or have been given a temporary login, please use this link to apply: Temporary ID.

  Summer Sessions Housing Application and Information: On-campus and University Apartments housing for those taking Summer Sessions classes.

  Application Update: Edit and update an existing application.  For example, change your email, change your housing preferences, or upload a photo. 
 

Housing Payments

  View Your Housing Account: This feature allows you to view your current housing account balance. You can also update your contact information and view your financial history. You will need to use your UCLA Logon ID and password to access this function. 3rd-party logon is not available at this time.

  Students/Tenants Make a Housing Payment: Submit your monthly or quarterly housing payment using a credit, debit card, or by Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) using a checking or savings account number. You will need to use your UCLA Logon ID and password to access this function. 3rd-party logon is not available, please use the Parent/Guardians Make a Housing Payment link below.

  Parents/Guardians Make a Housing Payment: Please use this link to submit a housing payment for your student. This site does not require your student's UCLA Logon ID and password. Instead, you will need your student's UCLA ID number and birthdate to authenticate the payment. 3rd-party logon is not available. Credit, debit card or Automated Clearing House (ACH) using a checking or savings account are accepted methods of online payments.

  View, Print, or Make Initial Payment for Your Housing Offer: View your housing offer and then either print out your contract materials, or accept your housing offer online by submitting your initial housing payment using a credit, debit card, or by Automated Clearing House (ACH) using a checking or savings account number. Note: The 2nd and 3rd installments of your initial payment should be made using the Students/Tenants Make a Housing Payment link above.

  Graduates - Make Initial Weyburn Terrace Payment: Accept your housing offer and submit your initial housing payment using a credit card, debit card or the new ACH electronic funds transfer option.

  View Payment Plans: Find out the due dates and amounts of your scheduled payments for on-campus housing, single undergraduate apartments and graduates at Weyburn Terrace.


Other Services and Information

  Undergraduate Transfer Request:  The Open Transfer period for Winter quarter is now closed. The Transfer Request application for Spring quarter will be available from March 28, 2010 through 8 a.m. April 2, 2010.

  Purchase a Non-Resident Meal Plan: Dining Services has four meal plans available to students who live off campus and would like to eat in the residential restaurants and cafés.

  Notice of Intent to Vacate: University Apartments tenants on a rental agreement for month-to-month or rental lease may use this application to submit a 30-day notice.
