University policies and labor agreements govern our workplace at UCLA. Some apply to all staff, while others apply to certain groups of employees only. And a few apply to the entire UCLA community, including students, faculty and staff. To help you find the one(s) you need, we've grouped them into the categories below. Personnel Policies for Staff Members

These personnel policies and procedures apply to managers, supervisors and staff who are not represented by a collective bargaining agent (union). They include University of California and local UCLA policies and procedures.
