UCLA Early Care & Education (ECE) professionals foster the development of children and create a strong foundation for lifelong learning by providing developmentally appropriate education and quality care, support for families, and resources for the community.

Eligibility: Faculty and staff applicants must be employed by UCLA. Faculty and staff applicants employed less than 50% time will remain on the waiting list until those appointed 100% time have been served. Student applicants must be enrolled full time in undergraduate or graduate programs. UCLA alumni, volunteers and UCLA Extension students are not eligible for our services. For complete details please

Infant Development Program
IDP offers group care for infants and toddlers, and serves as a teaching and research facility for the UCLA Psych Dept.

University Parents Nursery School
UPNS is a parent participation nursery school for Children ages 2 through 5. Workshop participation and Co-oping is part of the program.

Connections For Children 
CFC is a non-profit Child Care Resource and Referral Agency serving child care providers, educators, and parents in the West LA and South Bay Communities.

Early Intervention Program
EIP serves the needs of children with developmental risks and disabilities.  Educational and therapeutic services for children with special needs, ages 0-3 years are provided.
