Household Hazardous Waste Program
Summary: UCLA is a S.A.F.E. Collection Center. This means that the community can drop off hazardous waste from their household at UCLA.

In partnership with the City of Los Angeles, UCLA has a S.A.F.E. collection center that is a permanent drop-off point for residents of the surrounding community to bring their household hazardous waste. You can bring old paint, oil and other chemicals collecting dust in your garage to UCLA for proper disposal.

The operation is from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday each week (excluding holidays). See the UCLA S.A.F.E. Center Flyer for more details or contact the City of Los Angeles at (800) 988-6942.
