The Real Estate department assists faculty with home loan programs, acquires and manages leased spaces and acquires properties as needed to support campus programs and activities.

Wilshire Center Building 
 The Wilshire Center Building houses University administrative units. This allows the University to control off-campus space occupancy costs.
 
For-Sale Faculty Housing & Home Loans 
  Academic Senate and Senior Management Group members may be eligible to utilize these programs when purchasing a home in the UCLA area.
Leasing, Acquisitions & Dispositions 
Assists campus users with off campus leasing, third parties with on-campus space agreements and coordinates purchases and sales of real property.
 
Asset Management (Off-Campus Properties) 
Asset Management handles UCLA’s off-campus properties, including the Wilshire Center and maintains ownership records of the off-campus portfolio.
