The Bruin Commuter Club (BCC) provides UCLA alternative transportation commuters access to products, services, information, benefits and incentives. The club welcomes commuters who use the following transportation modes:

All benefits and incentives are subject to change without notice to program participants.
Eligibility Requirements
All participants must:
- Have a valid Bruin Online Account and BruinCard ID number
- Not hold a single occupancy vehicle UCLA parking permit
Staff and faculty must:
- Have an "active" status in the UCLA Employee Database with an appointment time of 40% or more
- Participate in one of the following alternative transportation modes:
- Full-time UCLA Vanpool
- Full-time in a non-UCLA Vanpool (VPSI or Enterprise)
- UCLA 2- or 3-person Carpool
- UCLA fare-based public transit pass program
- Bicycling
- Walking
Graduate students with a staff appointment time must:
- Be a registered UCLA Student
- Have an "active" status in the UCLA Employee Database with an appointment time of 40% or more
- Participate in one of the following alternative transportation modes:
- Full-time UCLA Vanpool
- Full-time in a non-UCLA Vanpool (VPSI and Enterprise)
- UCLA 2- or 3-person Carpool
- UCLA fare-based public transit pass program
- Bicycling
- Walking
Students must:
- Be an actively registered UCLA student
- Not hold a single occupancy vehicle UCLA permit or a UCLA 2-person carpool permit
- Participate in a one of the following alternative transportation modes:
- Full-time UCLA Vanpool
- UCLA 3-person Carpool
- UCLA fare-based public transit pass program
