Updating Your Application
Summary: All records must be updated annually in order for families to remain on our waiting list. Additionally, families will be responsible for correcting and updating phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, family status or other information.

Annual Online Update

All applications must be updated yearly in order to remain active. This is an opportunity for families no longer affiliated with UCLA or no longer needing child care to remove their child's name from the waiting list as well as for families to update personal information such as address, email and phone number. All applications including University Village Kindergarten applications must be updated.


The deadline to update your child(ren)'s application(s) is February 7, 2013. ECE will send all applicants an email reminder. Waiting list applications not updated annually online will be removed. If you would like to be reinstated to the waiting list, please send a reinstatement fee of $50 (made payable to "UC Regents") and mail it to the address below.
