Housing Applications 

  Undergraduate Housing Application: Current eligible residents must apply for the 2009-2010 Room Sign-Up event by 5 p.m. on January 27, 2009. Current residents who are not eligible for the Room Sign-Up event may still submit a housing lottery application for 2009-2010. Current students not living in UCLA Housing, as well as first-year and transfer students admitted for Winter 2009, may apply for housing for the 2008-2009 academic year.

  Family Housing Application: Apply for University Apartments (undergraduate and graduate students). If you do not have a UID or have been given a temporary login, please click here.

  Single Graduate Housing Application: Apply for University Apartments. If you do not have a UID or have been given a temporary login, please click here.

  Summer Sessions Housing Application and Information: On-campus and University Apartments housing for those taking Summer Sessions classes.

  Application Update: If you have not received a housing offer you may update your housing application information. 

 

Housing Payments

  View Housing Account: This feature allows you to view your current housing account balance. You can also update your contact information and view your financial history.

  Make a Housing Payment: Submit your monthly or quarterly housing payment using a credit card or debit card.

  View, Print or Make Initial Payment for Your Housing Offer: View your housing offer, and then either print out your contract materials, or accept your housing offer online by submitting your initial housing payment using a credit card or debit card. (The 2nd installment of the 2-part initial payment should be made using the 'Housing Payments' link.)

  Graduates - Make Initial Weyburn Terrace Payment: Accept your housing offer and submit your initial housing payment using a credit card or debit card.

  View Payment Plans: Find out the due dates and amounts of your scheduled payments for on-campus housing, single undergraduate apartments, and graduates at Weyburn Terrace.

  Print Customized Payment Coupons: Print out these coupons if you plan to mail in your payment.


Other Services and Information

  Purchase a Non-Resident Meal Plan: Dining Services has four meal plans available to students who live off campus and would like to eat in the residential restaurants and cafés.

  View Housing Account: This feature allows you to update your contact information, find out your current account balance and view your financial history.

  Change of Assignment: The change of assignment request period for Fall Quarter 2008 will begin April 2, 2008 and end July 11, 2008.

  Notice of Intent to Vacate: University Apartments tenants on a rental agreement for month-to-month or rental lease may use this application to submit a 30-day notice.

  Non-Emergency Maintenance Requests: Submit a work order request.
