Both the apartments and condominiums are conveniently situated near Westwood Village, with easy access to major freeways, public transportation, cultural venues, parks and beaches.
The University offers two distinct apartment buildings for faculty. Both properties are located in Westwood Village, adjacent to the campus. Move-in costs are affordable; a security deposit and the first month's rent. All apartments have convenient month-to-month rental agreements. No pets are permitted in University Apartments. "Service Animals" are accommodated.
Clarington is open to all UCLA postdocs, faculty, clinical instructors and researchers, and available for immediate move-in. Families with only one child, 10 years or older, are qualified. Yearly contract and a security deposit ($900) are required. Utilities not included. No pets are permitted in University Apartments. "Service Animals" are accommodated.
For those who prefer more space and upscale amenities, the University owns Village Terrace in Westwood Village and the beautiful condominiums of Park Wilshire on the prestigious Wilshire Corridor. Both are newer buildings equipped with the most modern conveniences. The condominiums require either a six-month or one-year lease, a security deposit equal to one month's rent, and upon move in, a non-refundable move in/move out fee.
