Room & Building Amenities

Located adjacent to Dykstra Hall, De Neve Plaza is a multi-building complex surrounding a central plaza. The original six buildings (A-F) are configured to house students in triple and double occupancy rooms, each with a private bath.  Two new buildings (G & H), are configured to house students in triple and double occupancy rooms, with separate community restrooms and showers for men and women on each floor.

Laundry facilities and a lounge are located in each building. Rooms are furnished, air-conditioned and wired for computer network connections and basic cable television service.

The De Neve Commons building includes a 750-seat residential restaurant, a 450-seat auditorium, two proctored computer labs with 22 workstations, a fitness room and space for study and recreation.
