Parking
Parking at University Village is not guaranteed. All new residents of University Village are required to submit proof of vehicle registration to be eligible for a garage or parking assignment.

Rental Information
Month-to-month rental agreement and a security deposit are required. For residents with families, both the resident and spouse/domestic partner must be present at the time of move in to receive the keys for the apartment. No pets or any other animals are allowed. "Service Animals" are accommodated.
