The UC Policy on Sexual Harassment and the UC Procedures for Responding to Reports of Sexual Harassment have been translated into Spanish. Attached are the documents for your convenience.
The University of California is committed to creating and maintaining a community in which all persons who participate in University programs and activities can work together in an atmosphere free of all forms of harassment, exploitation, or intimidation, including sexual. Every member of the University community should be aware that the University is strongly opposed to sexual harassment and that such behavior is prohibited both by law and by University policy. It is the intention of the University to take whatever action may be needed to prevent, correct, and, if necessary, discipline behavior which violates this policy.
If you would like more information regarding sexual harassment, there are numerous places on the UCLA campus that can help you including the Sexual Harassment Information Centers, Office of Ombuds Services, and the Staff and Faculty Counseling Center. Additional services regarding sexual harassment issues are listed in Related Information. The UC Policy and Procedures in English can also be found in the Related Information section, as can the UCLA Procedure on Responding to Complaints of Sexual Harassment.
