UCLA Gateway

The Kindergarten program is only available to children of full-time UCLA students, UCLA-paid staff and faculty members. Children must be five years old on or before November 1, the same cut-off date as the Los Angeles Unified School District.

This full-day, year-round program offers a science-based curriculum designed to enhance literacy, math, critical thinking and social skills. All parts of the program meet or exceed California State standards for kindergarten.

Breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack are provided and are included in the tuition.

A special "summer camp" program includes swimming lessons at no extra charge.
